Here's how it will roughly work:

1. Initial Idea: Contact us with your initial expedition idea and vision.
   
2. Video Consultation: We'll schedule an initial video consultation to discuss your goals, preferences, and logistical details.
   
3. Detailed Planning: Over the next few weeks (or months), we'll work closely with you to meticulously plan every aspect of your expedition:

 

  • Visas and Permits: We'll assist with obtaining necessary visas and permits for your chosen destination.

  • Special Insurance Suggestions: Provide recommendations for specialised insurance tailored to your expedition needs.

  • Route Planning: Plan your route, considering safety, scenic views, and logistical feasibility.

  • Crew Requirements: Determine the necessary crew members or guides based on your expedition type and location.

  • Costing: Provide a detailed cost breakdown including transportation, accommodation, permits, and other expenses.

  • Kit Requirements: Advise on the essential gear and equipment you'll need for your expedition.

   
4. Logistical Support: Throughout the planning process, we'll offer ongoing support and advice to ensure a smooth and successful expedition. We would love to meet you in person to discuss any final details and ensure everything is in place for your adventure.
   
5. Execution and Support: Once everything is planned, we'll support you during the execution phase, ensuring you have everything you need for a memorable adventure.
   
6. Post-Expedition Follow-Up: After your expedition, we'll follow up to gather feedback and assist with any post-trip requirements or reflections.
